a music and film production company committed to analog acquisition
techniques. If we make a film, it will be produced on film.
If we produce a recording, it will be recorded and mixed to
analog. We are not opposed to digital mastering and releasing
for obvious reasons. We will always originate our images and
sounds via analog mediums.
We at Arts and Crafts Records lament the death of beauty, architecture,
and our civilization in general. It is our feeling that we are
not living but existing in the new Dark Ages. We want to encourage
the next generation to continue to work with these mediums before
they are lost altogether. The first offerings are of an archival
nature consisting of reissues of older material.
We are currently completing a sound track for a new film and
hope to be in production on the film by the end of the year.
